Authenticity

Each painting and fine art print is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity, attached to the back of the piece.

Your order and delivery

Once you’ve placed an order via this website you will receive an automated order confirmation.

As Zuzana’s art is sold on multiple platforms, please wait for further confirmation via email that the product you have ordered is available before making any payment.

Once payment has been made and received into our bank account, your order will be prepared for shipment within 7 days. You’ll be advised on the estimated delivery time when the package has been sent.

Pricing & postage

The products – paintings and prints – are not subject to VAT.

The product price does not include shipping. Shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process based on Royal Mail postage from the UK to the recipient’s destination / delivery address.

A flat rate is charged for shipping as follows:

• UK: Free
• Europe: £10
• Rest of the world: £25

Shipping includes, postage, packaging and insurance in case of accidental damage during shipment.

 

Returns & satisfaction guarantee

All products are returnable within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or a credit towards a future purchase.

If your package arrives damaged you can refuse to accept it or take photographs of the damage (to both packaging and product) to support an insurance claim.

Every effort is made to ensure that the items you see on this website are true-to-life representations. However, colours may vary slightly due to digital variations and depending on the settings of the device you are using to visit the website.
